QPA was established in 1999 by Allison and David Rogers. Allison is a graduate of UAA in Accounting. She was employed with the Municipality of Anchorage in the Project Management & Engineering Department for nine years. She has worked extensively with payrolls, grant accounting & reporting before starting this firm. David has an accounting degree from APU. He went into the construction management field. He spent time with Caddo/SKW managing local civil projects. David was employed by the Boutet Company, an Anchorage engineering firm specializing in Municipal Road Projects, managing "cradle to grave." David has brought this experience to the Tribal Community to assist with the BIA/IRR programs. He has Tribal Adminstrator and Contract CEO experience to assist communities in operational efficiencies.
QPA has grown to employ seven individuals to be ready to assist your community.
